Billing and Subscription Terms

These Billing and Subscription Terms ("Terms") apply to your use of Overo ("App"). By subscribing to our service, you agree to the following:
1. Subscription Plans
- Overo offers a range of subscription plans, including a free trial tier. Details such as pricing, duration, and available features are displayed within the App.
- Subscription availability and features may change at our discretion.
2. Payment
- Payment is processed through your App Store or Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase.
- Recurring subscriptions will automatically renew unless you cancel as described below.
3. Renewal and Cancellation
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless you disable auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage auto-renewal in your account settings.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no refunds will be issued for unused portions.

4. Refund Policy
Refunds are handled directly by the App Store or Google Play. If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please follow the procedures provided by the respective platform:

5. Service Discontinuation
We reserve the right to discontinue our service at any time due to unexpected circumstances. In the event of such discontinuation, we may not guarantee any refunds—whether partial or full—for subscriptions that remain valid. We are committed to providing full service for as long as possible and will notify you if we decide to shut down the service.
6. Changes to Subscription Plans
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue subscription plans, including pricing and feature changes, at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the App after such changes signifies your acceptance of the new terms.
